Core temperature up ninety minutes before sleep. Afterwards it drops lower than it would on its own — that is the whole mechanism behind a hot bath and a good night.

Short answer
SleepSpa will have a Finnish sauna and steam room, a heated pool with plunge pool, two suites with complete blackout, and one shared table for dinner and breakfast. No reception, no television, no lobby music. The location has not been chosen yet; opening is planned for 2027.

Four spaces, no more

Pool and plunge pool
A pool at twenty-five degrees to move in, and a plunge pool at ten to come out by. The swing does more for your night than any supplement.

Two suites
Full bedrooms: complete blackout, its own climate per room, sound insulation between the walls. One Hästens model per room.

One table
Dinner and breakfast for everyone there that day. Light, early, and without a wine list — it would be a shame to ruin the night you came to test.
Just as important
It is what's absent that does the work.
No check-in counter, no television in the room, no music in the corridor, no wifi to remind you that you are reachable. A spa that keeps you awake cannot sell a bed.
An adviser, yes, but only if you ask for one. He then takes as much time as you want, without a clock and without an agenda. If you don't ask, you won't see him — and that is a perfectly good way to be here. By far the greatest part of your stay you are simply lying on the bed, and that is exactly the point.

We are still looking for the right place
The first SleepSpa will be in the Randstad, within an hour's drive for most visitors, with room for the four spaces above. As soon as the address is fixed it will be here — and the waiting list hears first.
